Families in Cedar Park and Leander can participate in a youth art contest or an at-home egg hunt provided by the cities, respectively.
The Leander Parks and Recreation Department is handing out do-it-yourself egg hunt supplies April 8-9, according to a parks department Facebook post. This is an alternative to the Eggstravaganza egg hunt thatnwas canceled due to the coronavirus.
Families can pick up supplies at the parks office, located at 406 Municipal Drive in Leander, in a drive-thru pickup. Supply bags include prestuffed eggs.
