WilCo residents have until May 17 to contribute to health survey

Williamson County residents have just over two more weeks to respond to a health assessment intended to improve health and wellness.

What you need to know

The county kicked off a health assessment April 5 by asking community members for input on what they believe are the most pressing issues in the county. The feedback will be used to inform decision-making, prioritize health issues and assist in the development and implementation of a Community Health Improvement Plan, the release states.

The survey, which can be completed in about five minutes, is available in English and Spanish at www.healthywilliamsoncounty.org/cha. Survey responses are kept confidential.
