Cedar Park City Council heard a request for a special-use permit to operate a gas station and convenience store at the northwest corner of Toro Grande Boulevard and East Whitestone Boulevard at its Dec. 5 meeting.
The property in question is currently undeveloped, Andreina Davila-Quintero, Assistant Director of Development Services, said. It is surrounded by land that can be used for commercial, medical and religious purposes, as well as undeveloped land.
Two-minute impact
The proposed development includes a 5,000-square-foot convenience store and 2,400 square feet of retail, Davila-Quintero said. If approved, the development would bring five gas pumps to the location, as well as food service options.
