Round Rock ISD to implement Let's Talk communications districtwide in December

Let's Talk is a platform designed to function as a customer service portal and information gathering system that will allow the board to receive direct communications from community members and address concerns shared therein, district documents show.

Hilary Robbins, a client success manager at Let's Talk parent company K12 Insight, shared that district administrators would be able to aggregate the feedback received from community members to spot overarching trends, as well as view feedback on an individual level to address concerns directly. While community members will be able to create profiles for ongoing communication, one-way anonymous feedback can also be submitted, she said.

The platform is utilized by other districts across the state, including Austin ISD, Dallas ISD and Spring ISD.
