For Bryan City Council Place 1, incumbent Torres is running against Scotti. The Place 2 race includes incumbent Arrington, Moseley and Ransome.
The vote for the removal of the medians goes back to August, when the city received enough verified signatures for it to qualify for the ballot. As previously reported by Community Impact, the removal could result in legal challenges.
