Clear Creek ISD’s board of trustees is scheduled to consider a state-required plan at its Feb. 2 meeting that outlines how the district will reduce the number of uncertified teachers in classrooms.
The details
The plan was developed in compliance with House Bill 2, passed June 4, which set restrictions on hiring uncertified teachers by phasing out District of Innovation waivers for core subjects.
The district will establish a data-driven approach to be in full compliance by the 2029-30 school year, according to district documents.
