The owners with Friendswood Scoop Shop opened a second location in League City in August. The small-batch ice cream store is conjoined to Wayside Coffee along Main Street, which celebrated its grand opening the same day as the ice cream shop.

League City Scoop Shop will offer small-batch ice cream made daily with local ingredients. Classic flavors include vanilla, strawberry, cookies and cream, sweet cream, milk chocolate, rich chocolate, lemon dream, mint Oreo, salted caramel and Wayside Coffee, among other flavors, according to previous reporting by Community Impact.
Wayside Coffee Co. offers lattes, including a "Your Way Latte" with syrup options, including mocha, vanilla, lavender, sage, salted caramel or sugar-free vanilla. Other coffee options include house-made cold brew, espresso tonic, honey lavender lattes and cold brew colas, which includes Coke, cold brew and cherry bitters.
