In ZIP code 78602, home sales fell 12.5% year over year, from 56 in September 2025 to 49 this September. Sales in ZIP code 78612 fell 50%, from 26 to 13.

Homes stayed on the market longer in both ZIP codes. The average number of days on the market increased from 80 to 90 in 78602 and from 88 to 105 in 78612.

The median sales price in 78602 rose 10.79%, from $345,260 to $382,500. In 78612, the median price fell 3.54%, from $409,499 to $395,000.
