Incumbent Gregory Klaus and challenger Dock Jackson are competing for Bastrop County Judge.
With five of 15 precincts reporting, unofficial voting results show Jackson in the lead with 52.4% of the vote.

As previously reported, 27,632 in-person ballots were cast in Bastrop County during the early voting period from Oct. 19-30, representing 42.2% of the county’s registered voters, according to county data.
