1. JuiceLand and Little City Coffee will open a new, combined drive-thru cafe in South Austin on Oct. 28. Located near the corner of MoPac and Southwest Parkway at 5030 W. Hwy. 290, Bldg. 11, Austin, the new cafe will offer JuiceLand’s menu of juices, smoothies and plant-based meals, as well as drip coffees, fresh-roasted blends and espresso drinks from Little City Coffee, according to a news release by JuiceLand. www.juiceland.com. www.littlecity.com

2. Hand Made at Nutty Brown, a new shop opened by resident artists who work at the Austin Craft Lounge property, will open Nov. 7. Located at 12919 Nutty Brown Road, Austin, the store is dedicated to selling items handmade by local artists and craftspeople, many of whom have studios along Nutty Brown Road. Vendors featured include Austin Craft Lounge, Authenticaa, Bee Mary Jewelry, Bee Mindful, Bottles n Birds, EKiss Pottery, Marichu’s Plants, La Luna Suncatchers, @xhanz creations, and Genuine Greens & Herbs. 512-961-6101. 3. Bentley’s Firearms & Indoor Range opened Oct. 26 at 6210 W. Hwy. 290, Austin, in the building that was formerly Red’s Gun Range. Bentley’s offers a selection of firearms, ammo, shooting apparel and custom knives, as well as range training. 512-906-0238. www.bentleysfirearms.com

4. In September, property management and ownership firm Bluestone Properties purchased Ethos Apartments, a 372-unit multifamily complex located at 8001 S. I-35, Austin. Ethos offers one-, two- and three-bedroom floor plans from 625-1,375 square feet, and the property includes trails and some units with yards.
