1. JuiceLand and Little City Coffee will open a new, combined drive-thru cafe in South Austin on Oct. 28. Located near the corner of MoPac and Southwest Parkway at 5030 W. 2. Hand Made at Nutty Brown, a new shop opened by resident artists who work at the Austin Craft Lounge property, will open Nov. 7. Located at 12919 Nutty Brown Road, Austin, the store is dedicated to selling items handmade by local artists and craftspeople, many of whom have studios along Nutty Brown Road. 4. In September, property management and ownership firm Bluestone Properties purchased Ethos Apartments, a 372-unit multifamily complex located at 8001 S. I-35, Austin. Ethos offers one-, two- and three-bedroom floor plans from 625-1,375 square feet, and the property includes trails and some units with yards.
