Friends is a volunteer organization that serves as a fundraising arm for the Dripping Springs Community Library. In 2022, the organization raised over $22,000 to support services and supplies for the library.
Pouring Over Books will feature a discussion and book signing from Texas authors Dixie Lee Evatt and Helen Currie Foster.
Music will be provided by the Dripping Springs Youth Orchestra. Guests will receive complimentary wine, craft beer and tea, and small bites will be served.
Tickets cost $50 and can be purchased online or at the door. The event includes an online auction that is already live. Winning bidders will be able to collect their prizes at the event.
