Construction is underway at Cooper’s Square, which is being developed by Legacy Communities at 7601 Cooper Lane, Austin. The community offers three different floor plans ranging from 1,686-1,949 square feet, with an estimated price between $400,000-$500,000, according to Highlands Realty Austin, which is marketing the project.
Each home is two stories; has a two-car garage; and a small, private courtyard with a covered patio, according to Highlands Realty.
The project’s site plan shows that Cooper’s Square will also have a central town square with green space and walking paths as well as an on-site dog park.
