There have been 102 new confirmed cases of the coronavirus in Travis County so far in May.
According to a May 3 update from Travis County and Austin health officials, there have now been 1,756 total cases in the county since the pandemic began. Of those, 516 individuals have reported that they have fully recovered from the coronavirus.
There have also been 52 coronavirus-related deaths in the county, with five new deaths in May so far.
