A Cabo Bob's representative confirmed the new restaurant, located on W. Hwy. 290 frontage road at the former Taco Ranch site, will open Oct. 14. A grand opening date has not yet been announced.
This location is one of two new Cabo Bob's restaurants in South Austin; the company's owners opened an Onion Creek location in August.
