Daisy Lounge is owned by Amir Hajimaleki, co-founder of Silk Road Hospitality Group. The hospitality group is also behind District Kitchen + Cocktails, Keepers and Oasthouse Kitchen + Bar.
The three-story space is intimate and seats about 38 people, Hajimaleki said. He said they wanted to bring a “downtown experience to the neighborhood” where people can visit with friends and enjoy craft cocktails.
The menu includes specialty cocktails, classic cocktails, non-alcoholic drinks, wine, beer and small snacks.
Also of note
Daisy Lounge will be the new residency for monthly dinner pop-ups from Roya, Hajimaleki’s Iranian cuisine concept. He began doing Roya pop-ups in 2018, and last year, transformed Keepers into Roya for a day to celebrate Persian New Year. The menu included traditional Persian dishes.
Hajimaleki said they are looking for a permanent location for Roya and hope to be open in late 2025.
In addition to the Roya residency, Hajimaleki said Daisy Lounge will host cocktail-making classes taught by the Silk Road Hospitality Group’s beverage director, Patrick Nikel. Reservations for Daisy Lounge can be made on online.
