Ollie Birds is a fast-casual restaurant owned by local husband-and-wife team Nathan and Amanda Hamilton.

Amanda Hamilton said they moved to Austin in 2015 and felt like the area needed a place to grab a quick, fresh lunch or dinner that was healthier than fast food but quicker than a sit-down restaurant.

“We love South Austin, and we love our community so much that when the space became available, we couldn’t say no,” Amanda said.

Ollie Birds serves rotisserie chicken as well as an assortment of salads and pita wraps.
