The number of homes sold increased in seven of market’s ZIP codes. There were 184 closed sales in market in February 2025, while February 2024 had 200 closed sales.
Half of the market’s ZIP code saw an increase in home prices, with the 78703 ZIP seeing the largest jump in price year over year. The median home price for all of Central Austin was $679,900 for February, compared to $650,000 last February.
