Frontera Fest

Austin's longest-running performance festival will celebrate its 30th year of welcoming actors, artists, poets, improv troupes and performers of all types throughout Texas and beyond to the city. The festival is a collaboration between Hyde Park Theatre and ScriptWorks.

Austin Marathon

The Ascension Seton Austin Marathon, Half Marathon and 5K will take place downtown, and feature entertainment along the route and a finish line festival.Spurs I-35 Series

Black History Month: Cooking, Culture, and Comedy


Austin Public Library will host an afternoon of events to celebrate and teach about Black History Month. Guests can attend a workshop by Huston-Tillotson University, a cooking demonstration, a family-friendly stand-up show or view an exhibit on beaded art.Imagine Muny IV
