Veterans Day Parade
The United States Military Veterans Parade Association will honor veterans and active members of the armed forces with the San Antonio Veterans Day parade downtown. The parade will feature decorated floats and local organizations, as well as middle school and high school ROTC programs. The parade route will start at Milam Park and will travel down Houston Street.

The Greater Randolph Area Veterans Council will have its annual Veterans Day parade. The parade is a continuous tradition of over 50 years. The route runs down Pat Booker Road, between Universal City Boulevard and Byrd Boulevard.

Heroes & Hot Rods Veterans Day Cruise In & Car Show-Bastrop
The 18th annual event will benefit local and central Texas veteran support organizations with a classic car cruise Nov. 8 followed by a car show Nov. 9. There will also be a kids activity area, vendors, a silent auction and more.

The Austin Steam Train Association will honor veterans and active duty members with a free ride on the Bertram Flyer. The vintage train car will take passengers on a 3 1/2-hour round trip.
