The upgrades follow other recent interior improvements in the dining room which took place in early February.
The new space features a “whole new look” in the dining room, including new furniture, wall coverings and decor as well as modifications to the bar.
However, the paint dribble beneath the iconic "313" will remain as a tribute to the store’s original character. When the restaurant was originally built, one of the owners had his daughter help with painting “313” on the wall. The paint had dripped down the wall and has been a staple design feature ever since, according to the spokesperson.
About the owners
Founded by Detroit-born brothers Brandon and Zane Hunt, the concept began as a small food truck in Austin back in 2011. Since then, the company has grown to 23 locations in three states.
