The details

The menu is inspired by a fusion of Portuguese recipes and South African ingredients, most notably the peri peri chili. Cooks flame-grill the spatchcock chicken after it has been marinated in herbs and spices for 24 hours. Guests can choose to have their chicken marinated plain with peri peri chili, or with a variety of spice blends, from lemon and herb to extra hot peri peri bastes.

Inside, guests will find artwork, furniture and fixtures from South African artists and artisans. Nando’s holds the biggest collection of South African contemporary art on display in the world with over 30,000 pieces, according to Sepanta Bagherpour, Nando’s North America chief marketing officer.
