Tiger Lilly, a new event venue, will open downtown this fall in the former home of Estelle's lounge.

The three-story private event space will launch with some renovations following Estelle's recent closure. Tiger Lilly is set to feature locally-sourced furniture, artwork and other curated decor across its bar, lounge and basement speakeasy spaces.

The concept comes from Austin real estate firm LV Collective, the building's owner, and Matt Wolski, the local hospitality operator behind Other Racquet Social Club and Parlor & Yard who's now serving as LV's vice president of hospitality operations.

The project team will be selecting new food and beverage operators for Tiger Lilly's kitchen and speakeasy in the near future.
