On the menu
Nosh serves a compact dinner menu with just two appetizers, three entrees and two desserts that rotate monthly.
Appetizers include a vegetarian “bone marrow” dish with king oyster mushrooms, shishito pepper pesto and pickled radish as well as a chili cheese dog ravioli with bulgogi sausage and chili crisp. The main entrees include zucchini pasta, elk tenderloin and sea bass collar. Tres leche cake and a rotating flavor of ice cream are available for dessert.
Quote of note
"We're thrilled to bring Nosh to the heart of downtown Austin," Grace said in a news release. "Our goal is to create a dining experience that not only delights and teases the palate but also tells a story of a method to the madness through food. Nosh is a celebration of flavors, creativity, art and community."
What else?
Guests can opt for the “Chef’s Table Experience: Trust the Madness” in which Grace tells the story behind each dish. The experience is limited to one table per night.
Nosh is open Wednesday-Sunday at 4-6 p.m. for happy hour and from 6-10 p.m. for dinner service. The space will also be open as a lounge from 10 p.m.-2 a.m. Thursday-Saturday, representatives said.
The restaurant is small and reservations are recommended.
