Founded by born-and-raised Austinites Patrick and Forrest Clark and Marco Rodriguez, Zilker Brewing went from sharing home brews in the garage to opening the popular brewery in 2015 known today.
The urban taproom resides at the heart of the brewery, providing an insider's view of the beer making process—from grain to glass. Additionally, Zilker Brewing is one of only a few local breweries that self-distributes.
The brewhouse offers a selection of craft beers, ranging from hoppy IPAs, crisp pilsners to tart sours. For the brewery's tenth anniversary, the company has also rolled out a new cocktail menu, including margaritas, palomas and more.
