A new neighborhood sandwich shop is now open in East Austin.

What they offer

Handsome Dan’s opened on Feb. 21 near Stargazer in Springdale Station. The bodega and bar serves sandwiches made with bread from local bakery Easy Tiger as well as ciders, wines, THC-infused drinks, nonalcoholic beers and brewed-onsite local beers.

Founded by Josh Hare, who also owns brewery Hops & Grain, the sandwich shop features indoor and patio seating with an interior “inspired by marinas and bait shops found throughout rural Texas,” according to a news release.
