A multi-million-dollar renovation of W Austin is officially complete.

The renovations, which began in late 2023 and were completed late 2024, included:

The details

The Living Room includes a new bar and will feature live performances.

The 251 redesigned guest rooms—which includes 32 suites—include real hardware floors, local photography on the newly painted walls and new amenities like Nespresso machines, speakers, robes and Davines bath products.

Blue Room is the hotel’s reservations-only cocktail bar, offering classic and signature cocktails.

Serenade American Brasserie, from Chef de Cuisine Johnny Ray Stinebaugh, offers Texan flavors like the Duck Confit, featuring a variety of Texas-grown root vegetables alongside duck, or the Blue Crab Benedict, with Texas Gulf crab on griddled corn cakes, poached eggs and hollandaise.
