November data released by the Four Rivers Association of Realtors Dec. 15 shows median home prices slightly dipped and the average days a home spent on the market increased.

Median home prices in the 78610, 78640 and 78666 ZIP codes showed a slight decrease but remained relatively flat in 2023 compared to 2022.What else?

Homes in ZIP code 78610 spent an average of 67 days on the market in November 2023 compared to 52 days in November 2022. In ZIP code 78640, homes averaged roughly the same amount of time on the market. In ZIP code 78666, the average number of days homes spent on the market in November 2023 was 117 days, an increase from 68 days back in November 2022.The number of home sales in the Buda area nearly doubled in November 2023 compared to November 2022 and saw a sharp rise in the Kyle area. The number of homes sales in San Marcos area also increased.
