RediClinic, owned by Rite Aid, closed all of its Texas clinics Aug. 13 and moved to a new business model focused on telemedicine.

Rite Aid Virtual Care, powered by RediClinic, connects patients with board-certified clinicians. According to the company's website, RAVC clinicians can diagnose and treat common medical conditions. They can also write and electronically send prescriptions.
