Victoria Vargas, the city's economic development director, said there is no groundbreaking or opening timeline available as of yet.

Simultaneously, the dais unanimously voted to rezone 32 acres of land from retail services, 67 acres of land from multifamily apartments and 56 acres of land from warehouse to planned unit development, or PUD, on second reading.
