San Marcos City Council says yes to miniature goats at residences

On June 1, San Marcos City Council voted unanimously in favor of an ordinance allowing miniature goats to be kept in residential zoned districts in San Marcos.

Following a discussion in mid-May about banning begging and certain types of camping within Kyle city limits, officials voted to approve such an ordinance during a first reading June 1.

This 10-week program is free and includes topics such as obtaining a driver's license, insurance, traffic tickets, crashes, personal relationships, consumer credit, leases, roommates, moving out early, car repairs, registration and inspection, vacations, social media and getting a job, among other topics, the release said.
