Bluefin Sushi Bar & Ramen opened in Kyle on April 23.

The Austin-based restaurant serves ramen, sushi, poke, cold or hot small plates, and more.

Restaurant Manager Johnny Troy said this is Bluefin's fourth location overall and that they mainly use fresh fish.
