Project details
The project, located at 19500 I-35, Kyle, was developed by Dallas-based real estate developer Kalterra Capital Partners LLC.
The gated community offers studio, and one- and two-bedroom units equipped with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Arden at Kohlers Crossing also has a dog spa, fitness center, pool and event lawn.

Kalterra developed Arden 231 and McCarty Commons in San Marcos, which makes Arden at Kohlers Crossing the developer’s third completed project in the area.
Development Manager Jordan Snyder said they began working with the city of Kyle and its planning and zoning department in 2020 to rezone the 16-acre tract from ‘General Commercial’ to ‘Planned Development.’ The rezoning allowed developers to construct the multifamily project with the addition of seven retail pads in front.
