Arden at Kohler’s Crossing, a new apartment complex located at 19500 I-35 in Kyle, is nearing completion.

The project is being developed by Dallas-based real estate developer Kalterra Capital Partners LLC.

According to the developer’s website, the complex will be equipped with a:

• Fitness center
• Resort-style swimming pool and sundeck
• Pickleball court
• Billiards lounge
• Business center

Arden at Kohler’s Crossing will also have electric vehicle charging stations, and outdoor grills and seating.

The gated, 262-unit apartment complex will offer studio as well as one- and two-bedroom floor plans equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, smart locks and smart thermostats.

Arden at Kohler's Crossing is slated to open in March, according to an email from Whitney Miller, SunRidge Management Group, Inc.'s marketing director.
