Hays County Local Health Department reported 41 new cases of the coronavirus and one additional death July 22. The number of confirmed cases is now 4,045.
Currently, 20 people are hospitalized, and 60 additional recoveries have been reported. Of the 4,045 confirmed cases, 3,024 are considered active.
The county also reported one additional death, a man from Kyle in his 50s. The death toll is 22.
