The Toasted Yolk Cafe has set an opening date for its new Kyle location.
Located in the Shops at Brick and Mortar District behind Heroes Memorial Park, the new full-service cafe will serve brunch and lunch items, as well as a rotating seasonal menu.

According to the restaurant's website, menu items will include:
Nashville hot chicken & waffles: Hand-breaded chicken tenders sandwiched between waffles with diced jalapeños and cheddar cheese, drizzled with hot honey.
Southern fried Arnold: Two biscuit halves topped with hand-breaded chicken tenders and two poached eggs covered with country sausage gravy.
Signature Dragon Fruit Pancakes: Two pancakes infused with dragon fruit and topped with a house-made dragon fruit glaze.
The restaurant offers a large drink menu that includes a variety of brunch cocktails, mimosas and coffees.
