John Hatch, his opponent, received 316 votes, or just less than 35 percent of the early vote. Hatch said based on the number of voters on Election Day, he doesn't think he'll pull off a win.

“Well, clearly I’m disappointed,” Hatch said. “My congratulations go to Lee. He’s won the race. I look forward to him serving.”

Urbanovsky narrowly took the Nov. 8 election with 1,884 votes, or 47.62 percent of the vote, with Hatch trailing behind with 1,736 votes, or 43.88 percent.
