The food truck—located at 115 Wonder World Drive—is owned by Jeevan Bhattarai. Bhattarai's son, Jugal, said they decided to open in San Marcos so people would not have to travel to Austin or San Antonio to try Indian food.
Himalayan Nepalese & Indian Cuisine serves vegetarian and nonvegetarian entrees, including tikka masala, palak panner and coconut curry. The food truck also offers appetizers and event catering.
