The multifamily development—constructed and managed by The NRP Group— broke ground in January 2023 and is anticipated to complete construction on its first two buildings by September, Community Manager Christopher Alonzo told Community Impact.
The remaining buildings are anticipated to be completed by March 2025.
Project details
Centro35 will have 330 units across 10 buildings and offers up to four-bedroom units. Each unit is equipped with a washer and dryer, smart lock doors, and stainless steel appliances.
The income-restricted complex has various amenities, including a playground, state-of-the-art gym and pool with a sundeck. Centro35 will also have a park equipped with grills and picnic tables in front of the property.
NRP has also partnered with a third-party company to help them coordinate support services for residents, such as a kids after-school program.

Alonzo said they are the “golden standard” when it comes to affordable housing.
“We care about the community. When we come in, it’s not just to build an apartment complex, it’s to build relationships with the residents and the community,” Alonzo told Community Impact.
