South Austin-based coffee truck Doxa Coffee Roasters plans to open a second location this fall at Memorial Miniature Golf and Museum.

Doxa Coffee Roasters–owned by duo Nick Shock and JT Sivils—first opened in May 2023. Marketing Manager Elijah Delgado said they hope to open their Buda location in early September.

The coffee truck sells various hot and iced coffees and teas such as matcha, cold brew, lattes, Americanos and more. Delgado also noted that Doxa Coffee Roasters makes all their syrups in-house.

The coffee truck will also offer a selection of pastries including kolaches and cinnamon rolls.

"We're excited to be there and to be serving coffee," Delgado said.
