Green Heron Bookshop and apothecary shop Solidago—Wade Vetiver’s Apothecary & Esoterica relocated from 323 W. Hopkins St. to 504 Burleson St. in San Marcos on Aug. 3.

Both shops, which are owned by San Marcos local Wade Vetiver, are operating out of an 1865, two-story Victorian home. Vetiver told Community Impact that the new location gives them more space for events and inventory. The new space also has a lounge area equipped with seating.

Green Heron Bookshop sells new and used books in various genres. The book shop also sells San Marcos-based postcards and Texas art. Solidago sells an assortment of sage bundles, crystals, herbs and natural soaps.
