Shinko88 Asian Cafe & Boba—owned by Dao Tran and Edy Kan—will be opening inside the former Vitality Bowls location, which was located at 210 N. Edward Gary St., Unit 112, in downtown San Marcos later this month.

Tran is also the owner of both Phở Tran88 locations in San Marcos and New Braunfels.

Shinko88 Asian Cafe & Boba will serve Japanese-Asian infused items, offering a limited menu of sushi, poke, ramen and boba.
