Aguas Con Amor

The beverage truck, which is a sister truck to Tejas Birria, serves from-scratch aguas frescas and fruit cups. Aguas Con Amor sells strawberry and cream, lime and pineapple paletas—also known as ice pops—and serves birria on the weekends. Aguas Con Amor is owned by Mary Hernandez with her husband Alex Hernandez.
