Skip's Beer, Wine & Liquor has leased a 3,000-square-foot building at Kyle's Brick and Mortar District, according to an email from Resolute RE Operations Director Michael Sanchez.

Claudia Molony and Tucker Francis of Resolut RE represented the tenant.

The shell of the building is slated to be completed on Sept. 1, 2025, Molony said in an email to Community Impact. Molony said construction will take about three to four months and anticipates the liquor store will open in early 2026.
