My Salon & Spa—formerly Satin Spa—celebrated its 10-year anniversary May 30.

The salon, located at 141 S. LBJ Drive, is locally owned by Satin Richie.

Richie said she changed the name back in January because she wanted to open her space up to other stylists and possibly aestheticians.

My Salon & Spa offers a variety of hair services, including hair coloring, blowouts, hair extensions and low lights.

The salon is also home to LNS Nail Studio, which is owned and operated by nail technician Lauren Smallen. LNS Nail Studio offers massages, pedicures and manicures.
