The gourmet sandwich shop is locally owned by David Clark. Frulatti Cafe & Bakery opened its first location at Barton Creek Square in 1997 before closing and relocating to Buda in 2018, according to previous reporting by Community Impact.
Frulatti Cafe & Bakery offers paninis, smoothies, salads and baked goods.
The cafe will celebrate its grand opening on May 11 and will be offering an all day "buy one get one" where customers who purchase any one item can get a second item of equal or lesser value for free.
