Sundance Print Centers is opening a retail store near downtown San Marcos this spring.

The Central Texas-based print shop is owned by father and son Tony and Blake Mansfield, who have two other locations in San Antonio and New Braunfels.

Blake Mansfield said they have a good portion of customers already in San Marcos and do business with some of the restaurants and bars downtown, but they hope to be able to capture more of the "college crowd."

"Texas State's got a big art program, so I think we'll see a lot of potential college students come in and want their art printed," Blake Mansfield said.

Sundance Print Centers offers color and black and white printing as well as signage, banner, poster and sticker printing.
