The picture frame shop opened in 1994 and was owned and operated by locals Hugh Simmons and Vicky Simmons before Jennifer Rosas, a former employee, took over the business in 2018.
Cardinal Frame & Art offers custom picture framing and frame repair services.
Rosas said she also sells artwork that can be found in the store.
