Foglia said he started the project in November 2022 and recently received permit approval from the city.
Eden will serve high end cocktails and have an "electric forest-y" vibe, Foglia said. Aside from cocktails, he hopes to add a food truck outside.
Foglia emphasized that he wants to create a level of service and type of cocktail that you cannot find in San Marcos currently.
"Being a local and growing up here—I'm just really looking forward to bringing in a new spot that has an actual aesthetic that's fun and beautiful," Foglia told Community Impact.
