Andover Properties—a real estate investment firm focused on alternative asset classes, such as self storage— acquired Storage King USA on Dec. 5.

The property, located at 13397 Camino Real, has 68,400 square feet of drive-up storage and covered recreational vehicle spaces. According to a news release, Andover Properties will be expanding the facility by adding 100,000 square feet due to a “growing demand.”
