The tasting room serves its housemade spirits Senza Maeso—created by the Gitman's in 2021—and R.A.Y. Vodka—which is served exclusively at the tasting room.
Senza Maeso Tasting Room and Bar also offers an extensive menu of "Dive Craft" cocktails, which is a "fusion of high concept and easily approachable drinks served in an elevated space with a relaxed vibe," according to a news release.
The bar and lounge is also equipped with a covered patio and indoor seating on a half-acre lot fit for live music and events.
The duo also plans to bring in various food trucks and add weekly events.
